We sell digital 3D files (such as STL and Bambu Studio files) that you can print at home yourself.
How do I receive my digital files after purchase?
After payment, you will receive a download link immediately via email and in your account (if applicable).
STL and 3MF files can be used directly in your 3D printer software.
Bambu Studio files are ready to use in Bambu Studio.
Am I allowed to share my purchased 3D files with others?
No. The files and designs are for your use only and are subject to our license terms.
Personal use: print only for yourself.
Commercial use: you may sell physical prints, but you may not share or sell the files themselves.
Can I cancel my purchase of a digital product?
No. Once you have downloaded the digital product, the right of withdrawal expires. This is in accordance with European consumer law, as digital files are immediately usable.
What if I receive a wrong or defective product?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@wigglyeye.com . We will ensure you receive a replacement product for free or provide an appropriate solution.
Can I sell my prints if I purchase a commercial license?
Yes! With a commercial license, you are allowed to sell physical prints of our designs.
You may not resell or share the digital files.
Any modifications to the files for sale are permitted.
