License Agreement for Digital 3D Files – Personal Use

By purchasing and/or downloading digital 3D files from dr. Wiggly Eye, you agree to the following license terms. If you do not agree, you may not download, open, or use the files.

1. Definitions

In this license, the following definitions apply:

• Digital Files: All files included in the download, including but not limited to:
  
  

  • STL files
    
    

  • 3MF files
    
    

  • Bambu Studio project files
    
    

  • Any additional print or slicing profiles
    
    

• Print: A physical object produced using the digital files.
  
  

• Licensee: The person who purchased the product and receives this license.
  
  

2. Scope of the License

This license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable and is granted under the following conditions:

1. You may:
   
   

   • Download, store, and use the digital files for personal, non-commercial purposes.
     
     

   • Make prints for personal use.
     
     

   • Modify the files for personal use (e.g., rescaling or slicing with different settings).
     
     

2. You may not:
   
   

   • Sell, share, trade, upload, or distribute the digital files or modified versions thereof, whether free or for payment.
     
     

   • Sell prints or offer them commercially in any way.
     
     

   • Use the digital files for mass production or any business project.
     
     

   • Offer the files on online platforms such as Thingiverse, MyMiniFactory, Cults3D, Printables or similar services.
     
     

3. The license is valid only for the original purchaser.

     3. Intellectual Property

     • All digital files and designs remain the property of dr. Wiggly Eye at all times and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
       
       

     • By purchasing, you do not acquire ownership of the design, only a license to use it under these terms.
       
       

     • All cartoon characters, 3D models, and creative designs remain the property of dr. Wiggly Eye and are protected by copyright.
       
       

     • It is not allowed to use these characters separately, modify them for resale, or distribute them.

     4. Liability

     • All files are provided “as is”, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
       
       

     • dr. Wiggly Eye is not liable for:
       
       

       1. Damage to 3D printers, printing materials, or other equipment.
          
          

       2. Improper use of the file or resulting prints.
          
          

       3. Any form of direct, indirect, or consequential damage.
          
          

     • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assess whether the designs are safe and suitable for the intended use.

     5. Refund Policy

     • As these are digital products, no refunds are possible after downloading the files.

     6. Termination of the License

     • Violation of these terms will result in the license being automatically and immediately terminated.
       
       

     • dr. Wiggly Eye reserves the right to take legal action in case of copyright infringement or violation of this license.

     7. Governing Law

     • This license is governed by Dutch law.
       
       

     • Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Zeeland-West-Brabant, location Breda.
